We have had a lot better with other companies
We were given a Nissan Quasqai in our arrival to Dublin & had to return it a few days later as the lights on the vehicle were terrible & dangerous. We then got a Renault fluence the only good thing about this car was the lights were a big improvement. Overall we were disappointed with our hire.

Very good
We already had basic insurance and full coverage through QEEQ. We thought we could be worry-free, but the rental company forced us to pay for additional insurance, offering two options: over 100 euros or over 2000 euros. We had no choice but to choose the option over 100 euros.

Excellent
Good and professional company. I lived in Ireland for 10 years and am quite familiar with the environment there, so I'm more comfortable driving there compared to driving in China. I bought a tank of gas for 90 euros, and when I returned, after refilling it to about 50 euros, they refunded me the 90 euros. The pick-up service is very convenient. The counter is right inside the airport, then you go outside to the pick-up point marked for the rental car company. You can smoke a cigarette and the minibus will take you directly to the parking lot to pick up the car. Very good service.
