Good experience
Considering this was during a COVID-19 pandemic, everything went pretty smoothly. I only have three small remarks: the inside of the car wasn't clean, the blue chip they asked us to return was taken by the parking machine right on our way out (at pickup) and I still haven't received my deposit back. I assume this is due to the fact the drop-off was done contacless, so it'll take them a bit more to check things.

Easyrentcars- good. megadrive-terrible.
The company appears to be seeking to charge for any extras they can. They insisted that the vehicle was not returned clean, which was ridiculous since the car was in excellent condition (we took some pictures ). We were charged an unreasonable amount of 100 euros. very Bad service of megadrive in my opinion. They take advantage of the fact that the customer did insurance. Luckily for us, easyrentcars are handling this as part of insurance and we look forward to positive answers.

Even though the rental company isn't large, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I successfully picked up the car; the office is upstairs, and the car is parked in the underground garage. After completing the paperwork, you pick up the car yourself and drive away. Returning the car was also trouble-free. I'm very satisfied with this car rental trip.
