Pretty good overall.

Pickup was easy, drop-off was super quick, overall a pretty smooth experience.

Super smooth and efficient, and you can tell they’re well-regarded—lots of locals rent here too. The only downside is the deposit is a bit high.

Pretty easy to find. I’d recommend just buying the rental company’s own insurance right at the counter.

We had to change our drop-off location at the last minute and paid an extra 150 euros. Overall the whole process was smooth. Because we changed the return point, they checked the car really thoroughly, but luckily I’d taken photos of the car’s condition beforehand, so everything was cleared up quickly.

Pickup and return were both super easy. The location near Milan Central Station is convenient, and I got a nearly brand‑new car with only about 5,000 km on it. The car was in great condition and the whole experience was smooth with no issues at all.

Paid for full coverage on the spot so I didn’t have to leave the €1300 deposit, which was great — drove totally worry-free. They even upgraded the car to a brand-new SUV for free, it only had about 200km on it. The semi-automatic hybrid was super economical, only around 6L per 100km on the highway.

Small local rental company – if you’re hoping for a free upgrade, this isn’t the place, their lot only has cars in the same class. We booked a Tiguan (or similar) and even though there were several Tiguans still in the lot, they gave us a Hyundai Tucson instead, so I seriously doubt they pay attention to the exact model on the booking. That said, the car itself was almost brand new, a 2025 model with ACC, lane-keeping and other features, so it was great to drive on the highway. Before returning the car we spent €5 at a self-service wash just to rinse off the exterior, and even though we didn’t fill the tank all the way until it clicked, it was at about 92% and they still refunded the fuel deposit without any issues.

The car was pretty new and really smooth to drive. Huge shoutout to the staff member who did the final check for us at Termini. When he saw the scratch on the rim from hitting the curb and just waved it off like it was nothing, he instantly became the most handsome man in all of Italy in my eyes. We didn’t get our full deposit back in the end though, probably because we returned the car late and the fuel was still about 100 km short of a full tank.

Absolutely perfect.

Picked the car up in the afternoon. They didn’t have the manual I booked, so they upgraded me to a brand‑new red Panda with full automatic, and it was super easy to drive. None of those hidden charges people talk about either. When I returned the car they basically just took a quick look and that was it – really fast and hassle‑free. The fuel deposit was refunded the next day, and it doesn’t feel like they touched the main deposit at all because nothing even showed up on my bill. When they talk to you about buying insurance at pickup, it’s just part of their process, not something they’re forcing you to buy. The ladies handling pickup and drop‑off were really nice. I’ll definitely use this company again.

The whole registration and rental process was great and really worry‑free. The car looked pretty new on the outside. While I was at the hotel, it got a small scratch, and I was really nervous they’d charge me for it. But when I went back, the staff just told me I could leave, said such a minor scrape wasn’t a problem and wouldn’t affect anything. They didn’t ask me to pay a cent, so all my earlier worrying turned out to be unnecessary.

Super satisfied, everything went really smoothly—and I was pleasantly surprised to get a nearly brand-new car with only about 11 km on it.

Handling the process was super convenient—quick and simple! Even though we didn't speak the same language, using a translation app made communication seamless. The staff were incredibly patient and helped us sort everything out.

Very satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, a Jeep SUV model. We drove from Santiago on a one-day road trip to the end of the world. Started at 8 AM and returned around 3 PM to drop off the car. The location was right next to the train and bus stations, so we could directly take the bus to Porto afterward.

Everything was great except the slow process of picking up the car.
