“Nice car, not very good service for picking up the car”

Apex had not received my details nor payment after booking thru QEEQ. As my flight was delayed and I arrived at my destination late (4:30pm), apex refused to pick us up from the airport because they state last pick up at 4pm. They offered to call me a taxi at my cost and they close at 5pm so I was struggling to make it in time. They had no details nor payment thanks to QEEQ so I couldn’t even get a refund.

Time for picking up was a bit long as we have to wait for staff to be available. But it’s was all good. Just a down side that Apaec in Perth airport closed at 3pm. So we have to pay an extra $40 for drop off after 3pm

I thought I was booking my car with an Australia agent as everything was quoted in Australian dollar and I used my Australian credit card to pay. When I get my credit card statement I was shock to see my bank charged me an international transaction fee of $36 because QEEQ is based oversea. I am very unhappy. Will not book with QEEQ again.

“Perfectly adequate - excellent car.”

Counter staff was excellent, but there was no one there briefly when we arrived to drop the car off early. They weren't long, but a key drop off box or a note on their door would have been good. If we had waited longer I think we might have been cross.

The car did not exceed my expectations. It was old and seemed to struggle on the freeway over 80km/h. Not the car I thought I had booked. The staff however, were lovely. Very friendly and professional!
