Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. The car condition this time was excellent—clean, tidy, and odor-free. The dashboard indicated a full tank, making pick-up and drop-off extremely convenient. The staff was efficient, completing the handover process in just 15 minutes. The vehicle's performance was great, with highly responsive navigation and rearview camera. Driving through the Dolomites for six days was effortless! Highly recommended, and I will choose this company again next time.
