No one answered neither on the phones nor in the mail when I had to extend the reservation.

Europcar had long lines both times, and the process was very slow. Some customers ahead were dissatisfied and interrupted the staff to make jokes. When the staff got upset, they walked away and stopped serving. The upselling was quite persistent; they kept trying to sell an EQC upgrade, and when declined, they pushed insurance instead. After refusing both, their attitude turned sour. Previously, they charged a deposit of 250, but this time they demanded 700, which might be related to rejecting the upsell.

Quick pick up and drop off. Staff ewere very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The reason I wanted to hire a car was I needed more boot space for luggage as my car is to small. I wanted a estate car and that’s what I thought I was getting, but after I’d payed I was given a 2008 Which wasn’t big enough.

I rented from what was supposed to be Shouqi, but I didn't see any signs of the company the entire time. It was all Europcar. When I paid, they sneakily added some kind of insurance I didn't ask for. I had already purchased full insurance through the rental site, but they still charged me extra. I found out only when they deducted almost 100 pounds from me. We had a tire blowout and it took from 2 PM to midnight to get it fixed. They brought us to the car pickup point at Manchester Airport, only to tell us they didn't have the automatic transmission we asked for. I can't drive manual. They told us to come back before noon the next day to switch to an automatic, which ruined our first day's plans. The waiting experience felt like a comedy of errors. Sigh... In the end, it wasn't good.

Mauvaise indications sur la réservation QEEQ pour trouver le bureau Greenmotion (il faut prendre un train en direction de la gare, pas un bus comme indiqué dans la réservation). Nous avions payé pour une réservation “full to full” pour le plein de carburant. GM nous a informe que cela n existait pas chez eux et ont imposé un “same to same”. Voiture réservée type Opel Crossland X ou equiv (volume de coffre 410l). Voiture fournie par GM était une Kia Stonic (volume de coffre 352l) qui était donc beaucoup plus petite que ce qui était prévu. Extérieur du véhicule sale au moment de la location (l intérieur était OK).

Really helpful and friendly staff

The car had some minor issues at pickup, which were recorded beforehand. The fuel tank was not full at pickup, which feels a bit deceptive. The car is an A180 AMG, and the driving experience is good.
