The platform had already prepaid the full rental fee, but the pickup store showed no payment had been made. This caused us to be unable to pick up the car, completely disrupting our travel plans!
It's okay, the service from the Americans is fairly decent. When we arrived, the car we originally wanted wasn't available, so they gave us a Ford Mustang with a larger engine instead. There was no option to choose another lower displacement car. The deposit was 250 USD, and it's been half a month now, still not refunded.
