Expensive to run car

Make sure to return the car with a full tank; the fee is quite high. I was charged $40 for missing a quarter tank.

The waiting time for the shuttle from LAX was over 30 minutes which was really very inconvenient. Another thing, I wish that they don't allow smoking in their vehicles. I am non smoker and the smell of the car had really annoyed me and triggered my asthma. That was a real disappointment from a huge company like Budget.

Very easy booking.

Cars requested were not available. The car given in place was only just big enough for 6 people and luggage. It did not have sat nav although this was free with our rental and when they finally came up with one it had no fittings for the car and the front seat passenger had to hold it. They then tried to charge us extra for it even though it stated plainly on the agreement that it was included. The sat nav was not accurate and possibly needed updating.

Was 45 min later than 24 hour time limit. Cost me almost double the original price.
