Thrifty and Dollar share the same venue and office. We arrived at midnight and there were two other customers ahead of us. We waited for about an hour to get the car. It seemed the system was down that day, so everything had to be processed manually, which caused the delay.

The counter staff was very friendly. My car was not ready when I got to the pickup place, I had to wait like half an hour for them to clean it (It just got returned)and get it ready.

The booking was easy. Your price drop protector sucks, not useful at all. I saw the car cheaper at another site, just did not wanted to change any plans.

During the pandemic, the security guard handled the process for me. It was quite good because there was a power outage and I had to wait for a while, but they automatically upgraded my car.

No lines, proper sanitation during COVID-19

I booked a Corolla sedan but they gave me a pickup truck. Thankfully there were only two of us, otherwise the luggage wouldn't have fit.

Pretty good. Initially, all credit cards were rejected, but later they switched to another computer to process it.

Dislike: Spent about $500.00 for the 3 days rental. Still had to Get uber to and from airport to pick up and drop off location which is about 10-15 minutes ride. Costing me an additional $40. 00

Dislike: My car had a vibration, but other than that, everything was great!

Barely any queues

Like: The whole process from pick up to being dropped off back at the airport was smooth.
Dislike: The shuttle driver was a bit unfriendly and gruff when he picked us up at the airport. Not a great welcome. They did try to upsell me to a midsize but it wasn’t a huge deal and they weren’t pushy about it.
