The rental branch's operating hours were incorrect; it closed at 3 AM. Although they said they'd open at 5 AM, no one showed up until 5:30 AM.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

We booked a mid-size to large SUV, but upon arrival, they offered only a Jeep Compass, which was too small to accommodate 5 people and their luggage. Due to language difficulties, we couldn't address the issue properly. We don't know where the problem originated. Later, they kept pushing us to upgrade to a larger vehicle, costing us several hundred dollars more for a Grand Cherokee. Hertz in the USA left a very bad impression. Complaint
