Easirent and Zara on the counter were super helpful and sorted me out when my phone didn't work. Very happy with them.

We abandoned the car we had paid for before even getting to the counter as the service was so slow. We feared missing our return flight if the drop off was as slow. Staff fiddled about chatting to each other, answering what appeared to be cold calls on the phone while customers stood and waited. We paid £130 for a taxi to Chester and back when we had already paid for a car, that alone should tell you how bad the experience was.

Easirent were excellent. They did a very thorough pre-rental check of the vehicle noting every scuff and Mark, which put me at ease. Clear, concise information from them and excellent service.

After being hustled to take extra insurance, I was told that if I didn't take some form of expensive top-up insurance, they would hold GBP 1500 on my card. If any issue was experienced with the car, even as small as a tyre issue, they would take the full GBP1500.
