Great as Usual

Poor CS on pick up with endless hassle to get the car as a local hirer. Seemed focused on selling add ons and to foreign travelers only. Jetta should be medium saloon car not a compact. Had to let family travel by foot in order to transport luggage

Easy to use but should avoid easirent. Poor experience.

I'd never use them again, always stick with the more reputable companies. They were quite shady when I entered the office- closing the door while they spoke to each customer individually for example and turned out to be £40 more expensive for a day hire than the other companies that looked more expensive initially. This is because they have a 100 mile a day limit, after that you pay .30p per mile. They also block £1600 for car damage and fuel- my cc limit isn't that high so I had to pay a minimum of £37 to reduce it. Never had to do that with any other company, and I hire cars a lot. Also found out that the workers get commission on everything including damage to your car so they're highly motivated to charge you more in any way they can. I heard that in their training they are told- get the ones off the plane, they're too tired to make good decisions and tell them they need things they strictly don't. So terrible company, all of that really spoiled the beginning and end of an otherwise lovely day trip.

They could improve the signage at the airport to the shuttle transfer area.

Waited about an hour to be served so was late for my work. Car was dirty as pressure washer was not working so it was difficult to check condition of the vehicle. The previous renter obviously was a smoker as there was ash over the windows. A very poor attempt at cleaning the vehicle and an absolutely terrible amount of time waiting to be served. I won’t use this company again
