Great Deal

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

The Durango is awesome, the specs seems like driving a high end cars...the gas was expensive but it is a SUV so... it would be nice if there's a dropoff at Midway airport... so pretty much it's worth the money...

Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors. Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.

I knew pretty much what I would get and that is what we got. The price was over $200 cheaper than any other company. I knew it was off site and I knew I would need proof of insurance so picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The car was not very clean and was a very base model. The lady at pick up was kind of rude. They said we had to return the car vacuumed out, which I wasn't told at the beginning, but the manager waived that so it all worked out fine in the end. I would use them again for the amount we saved since that was our top priority.

I had a great experience with Easyrentcars.com. Everything went as expected

Routes at ORD was extremely inconvenient and the customer service was awful. You have to take TWO shuttles to get there, first to the car rental center and second to Routes which is offsite, not at the O'Hare centralized car rental center. There is no signage saying you need to take the second shuttle, so we panicked when we couldn't find Routes and had to call. Once we finally did get to Routes, the customer service was extremely slow. There were plenty of staff mulling around, but only one person helping the long line of customers. We were 3rd in line and it took at least 30 minutes to get to the counter. The return process was similarly bad.
