Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

The customer service was awful. They were cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for and I find that disturbing.

Good third party firm. The business model is effective, but the firms benefiting from the outfit must comply to higher quality standards.
