Not very satisfied

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

I will be using your web site again and would definitely use Routes again.

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back. We had so much fun!
Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
