Car was great, fast service, but the customer service at the pickup lacked friendliness and warmth. Appreciate not being upsold.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Very easy to book, clear and simple.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate
