We waited over 40 minutes at the airport for the driver to pick us up. When he finally arrived, he first drove to Richmond to handle some personal matters, which resulted in over an hour to get to the rental location. Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of integrity in communication.

I spend around 45 minutes to received my car. I booked Toyota Yaris bus I received the bigger one than I booked.

The staff could be a little more helpful rather than just minding their own business after asking the customer to wait in the sitting area for more than 20mins after all documentation is completed, could be that I went in on a Sunday in the evening and they are overworked.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

Waited 80 minutes to pick up car. They could prepare the daily pickups scheduled so they don't have to start contracts from scratch to speed things up. Will likely not use Routes Vancouver Airport again due to the long wait.
