Process went well and car was ready to pickup

It took over an hour to pick up the car, the service efficiency was too low. They were much more meticulous during the return process than during the pickup. Are they trying to charge extra?

The attitude was good. However, they initially did not accept the official notarized document and said they only recognized the translated document (the small white booklet). I had to explain for a long time. I hope the platform can communicate better with the car rental company.
