The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!

Really hard sell by counter staff on the EasyPass toll charge of 150.00 US. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We used $8.oo worth so are out $140.00. Make sure you bring details of your insurance coverage with you or you are sure to get upsold on that as well. We felt ripped off and would not recommend this company to our friends.

“There are hidden cost and the staff push us to get more options”

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
