Very bad experience from Fastcars, they want to sell upgraded insurance, when I refused they started to threaten that if any scratch happens they will ask for 2500, they repeated that (philipno lady) Their location needs a taxi from T2 to T 1 i paid 90 dirham both ways. Then upon inspection they refused to note small scratches and they delayed me for around 30 minutes to bring the car. I called them on their dxb branch they don’t answer calls. They are really bad with customers

Very good service from your side

Check the car throughly and take loads of photos, they will go over the car with a fine tooth comb at the end. Also photo the windscreen - they found a pin sized mark on the windscreen (1mm max, too small to show up on a wide angle photo) and were going to get me to pay for a new windscreen, when luckily they managed to clean it off (ie it was only dirt in the end). Not a very fun experience - stressful - I have never before had a pin sized mark questioned, let alone one on the windscreen - they told me the windscreen was worth more than the car.

the car was running over 89000 km have noise on the road mitsubishi small instead of Accent Huyndhy, they accused me of a small damage in the front right while I only drived the car 30 km to the hotel and back. They blocked 2500 AED inspite having full insurance coverage

I found the booking in process really very slow with up to 30mins. watching the agent typing on his computer.
