When picking up the car, an elderly gentleman who attended to me charged me $426 (by card) for the rental. However, I was later overcharged an additional $806.64 (by card). I pointed out the overcharge of $806.64 at the time and requested a cancellation of this portion of the pre-authorization, but the extra charge has not yet been canceled. I hope your company can help negotiate this. The return process was exceptionally simple; the staff was efficient and provided good service. I will rent a car again next time.

They acknowledged the rate of the contract, but did not accept the insurance coverage that you were offering. However my credit card and private vehicle insurance covered me.
