I paid for Nissan Sentra and received Nissan Versa--smaller unit then I paid??

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
