Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up. Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip

The car was clean and great, shuttle service from the airport was smooth. For dropping off just be warned Google Maps takes you to the wrong street.
