Our original flight was cancelled so we had to cancel and rebook the car, but they handled everything really efficiently. The whole rental went super smoothly. I’ll definitely choose QEEQ again for future trips.

The procedures are simple and very convenient, but the car's engine displacement is too small.

The service attitude and car condition were good. However, the GPS had low battery and was set to Japanese, so I had to go back to the staff to reset it, which took some time and caused me to arrive at the hotel late.

Counter staff was helpful and friendly. No hard selling. Lots of cars to choose from. They were mostly all the same model; Nissan verso. It’s unfortunate that in the car we choose, the USB port did not work properly and the interior had an unpleasant smell which we didn’t notice until after using the AC. I would check those things next time. Returning the car was pretty straightforward and quick. The airport at Miami is not near the car rental units. Leave plenty of time if you need to get to and from the airport.
