Horrific experience. Bottom line - if you don't buy their insurance they charge £375 for damage

Car was ok for a family of four, but the service light was on when we collected it and the tyre pressure warning light came on on the last day.

To be told had to purchase extra excess insurance was unfair as we had already purchased it via the booking to be told It wasn’t enough was ridiculous

I am in the process of writing an official review of my experiences of renting a car from a range of rental companies in and around Belfast International Airport. A brief overview on renting a car from Easirent was that it was a difficult process, with little help or trust from staff and minimal customer service. From time of arrival to driving away the car took 2 hours and 15 mins. During my time having the Easirent car, I never felt comfortable having your car during the rental period for several reasons. All in all, the overall rating of rental was poor.

Great car and helpful staff, would have been nice to understand the insurance process better before I arrived.

I will never use easirent again, in fact I will express my feelings to anyone else that needs car hire, the whole experience was horrible
