Terrible and Inefficent Pickup and Return Process

The shuttle pick-up location is slightly different from what is stated in the print out. They print out says 'Door 3' when it should be 'Station/Pillar 3'. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Nope, very rude staff,took forever.Try to rip you off and lied to you about existing damage to the car.Will never rent from routes again and tell family and friends, never rent because they are cheaters.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.
