not happy with Routes but happy with QEEQ customer service and ease of use

It took two hours from arriving at the reception desk to driving away in the car and there was very little interest in our needs and mostly concern about their attempts to maximise vehicle use so we had to wait for a vehicle that had just been returned to be checked and cleaned - and not much of an apology

Not enough staff with over booking that makes the pickup process very slow.

It took over an hour for us to be collected and then 40 minutes at the desk when we got there. The car I got was not what I ordered. It was a van, not an SUV. But that was the same for everyone. Nobody got what they asked for. Check in was hectic. The car was dirty and didn’t have a full tank. The website of Routes is not understandable.

It was fine.

The car we used was dirty outside. Inside was clean.

The rental company took over an hour just to issue the car. I was very happy with the car and the price but the length to wait was horrible as I just came off a 10 hour flight woth 2 kids and then had to wait an hour just to pick up the car

Very smooth process. Will definitely use it again.
