Additionally, it has been two or three months since returning the car, and I've received several unexplained charges. This is quite frustrating! Charging is fine, but please provide a reason or explanation for the charges. The car itself was great! Very new and in good condition! And not too expensive! These aspects deserve praise!

Long waiting time in line, was told no cars were available, changed the Mercedes to a Ford with no refund.

Terrible branch, terrible staff, they don't understand English, overcharged, bad at math, rude communication with rental service customer support, and the issue hasn't been resolved for a month

When picking up the car, we arrived around 11 PM. The counter staff seemed tired and the attitude was just average. The car was very new but slightly underpowered. The staff at the return were particularly friendly and highly efficient.

I could not be more pleased with this office they went above and beyond and were so welcoming and wonderful to us. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in getting a car rental Paris.
