Car was upgraded at a discounted additional cost to an SUV.

QEEQ got me a great deal and the booking process was easy. The app also helped with a paperless pickup

I wish pick up was faster bc I have 3small children but they did the best they could so they say.

It took forever to get the car at pick up! The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the staff were totally incompetent. Nearly a 2 hour wait for a car is ridiculous! Would never use again!

Really helpful staff, gave me the model I wanted. Easy process and great service.

Like: Pick up desk right by carousel, staff efficient but did try to up sell their own insurance (wasn't happy that we had our own). Did manage to up sell a better car than booked and offer additional driver, but happy as it was a minimal fee. Car was great and very fuel efficient! Drop off was very easy.
Dislike: Staff gave vague instructions as to where we could find car and said a colleague would be there to go over car for any previous damage. As it was late/dark took a while to find location and no one there/difficult to check condition of car.
