Lovely staff, terrible smoking smell in the car but clean, was an expensive additional $50/day cover

Hertz is after all a big company with many customers. I arrived at the store at 7:20 AM and there were already two customers in line. Fortunately, the store is big enough to accommodate three customers at the same time. The staff patiently explained the entire rental process and showed no dissatisfaction when I declined the recommended options. They even personally directed me to the window to demonstrate how to pick up the car at the parking building across the street. Very thoughtful. Thumbs up!!

Picked up a beautiful electric blue Toyota Corolla, 6000km on the clock, but still the new car smell. Loved driving it, no issues at drop-off.

Dislike: I booked through easyrent car. The fare was shown including insurance, I had to pay more and as an advance I paid 53$ . But the main renting company HERTZ, did not get the money I paid at the time of renting. I requested easteent car for a refund. Really satisfied with the service of HERTZ. but east reat car is worse. Thank you
