I will not use this company Gold car any more

They aggressively pushed for insurance and insisted on checking my additional policy. After switching the car, there was an unexplained charge on my credit card with no notification via SMS, email, or receipt. There is no phone support or customer service available. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company has very poor reviews on TripAdvisor. Don’t try to save a little money and end up losing a lot. Avoid this car rental company.

Acceptable, but they do not recognize third-party insurance. To upgrade to full coverage, you must purchase a new policy and cannot just pay the difference.

We could not process the €1,100 deposit on any of our credit cards- so forced to buy the €300 premium insurance. After car hire finished we were sent a bill for €106 for cleaning fee and let delivery.... this was NOT communicated to us before we took the car hire. So for a $200 car hire we have now payed in total $800 !!!! This is ridiculous. And something we simply cannot afford. We will be contacting our credit card company to dispute the final charge. Rubbish car, aggressive sale of insurance on pick up

Goldcar nous a fait croire qu' on avait réservé un autre modèle de voiture puis ditvqu easyrentcars s est trompé et que leur assurance ne fonctionnera pas. Ils encaissent une caution de 1500 euros que nous n avosn toujours pas récupéré sinon obligent à payer en plus leur assurance de 135 euros !
