Great car, great value

We switched to another car halfway through, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and return processes were quick without any upselling. A very cost-effective company.

The staff had a lackadaisical attitude, chatting casually, working inefficiently. It took 30 minutes to pick up the car and another 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Very unprofessional! Even after returning the car, I was charged after 20 days. I will not rent from this company again. I don't know how this platform selects rental companies. Routes is terrible!

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.
