Good car with excellent drop off service

When picking up the car, I confirmed the after-hours return steps with the staff. They said a colleague would be on night duty and would take me to the airport after returning the car. However, I found out it was a third-party company collecting cars in the parking lot, which misled me and almost made me miss my flight.

Service was smooth, but the car condition was not great

The rental company is very reliable. They contacted us three days in advance to discuss all the details. Picking up the car was very convenient, with their location just a 5-minute drive from the airport. They provided shuttle service throughout the entire process, with VIP treatment! The staff member who handed over the car was very friendly and gave us lots of tips on traffic rules and food and entertainment recommendations along the way. Very thoughtful! I was not conveyed by staff that I have to pay $35 in addition to what I have paid up front. I went to drop off the car and I was told that to go to Airport I need to pay $35 or else I need to Walk.

The booking process is so easy and price is very competitive always. This is my third booking in few months. However, It was disappointing that at this time neither Easy Car rental nor Yes Rental told me that there was hidden charge and I have to pay $35 to pay to go to Airport after drop off.

Everything was a breeze, from getting pick up, taking the car and when returning. Perfect.
