Was told no cars were available upon pickup and had to wait at least 7 hours. The staff at Los Angeles Union Station were very rude. However, the hotel staff at The LA Hotel were excellent.

外観はそこそこ綺麗だったが、ドアミラーは水垢だらけでちょっと拭いたぐらいではきれいにならず、車内には空きペットボトルやごみが残されていました。最低限のクリーニングはしてほしかったです。
