Did take a little while get the car, but everything was busy at Hertz and the other two agencies. My rep could not have been more professional and courtesy. I don't fly much any more, and I don't rent cars much, but I would/will certainly want another experience like this one.

Dislike: Hertz would not honor the total amount due at the desk, as shown on the confirmation for Easy Rent cars. They honored the daily car rate but still charged taxes and fees, even though the contract said that was to be included in the price.
