The car was very old, with over 70,000 kilometers on it. The door locks were broken, and only the driver's door could be opened after parking. The driver's seat height adjustment was also broken, making the seating position very low. Although claimed to be an SUV, it felt more like a sedan. Overall, the condition of the car was very disappointing.

Returned the car 5 days early and confirmed with the seller that a refund would be provided. When it was time to process the refund, they demanded a receipt confirming it was refundable. The seller refused to provide the receipt, and afterward stopped responding. Lost over 2000 for nothing.

The process of picking up the car, returning it, and refunding the deposit was very smooth.

First, the company refused to accept dual-currency credit cards. Second, I rented a diesel car and it didn't have a full tank of AdBlue when I picked it up, and the rental company didn't inform me about it. Third, the car broke down on the second day. Luckily, we found a kind person who helped us call the rental company for assistance, but Alamo refused to provide consultation or help and directed us to a Mercedes-Benz service center. I think these three points are enough for a one-star rating.

Was upgraded . Because they didn’t have the car I booked but I had to pay extra so a bit annoyed . But the car was excellent
