Very satisfied.

Very satisfied. The staff are highly professional. Initially, the car provided was relatively old, with a chipped spot on the front windshield. Requested a replacement and was smoothly switched to a car in great condition. Returning the car was also convenient, with a gas station located right next to the store.

There were quite a few staff when we picked up the car at Punta Arenas airport, but none of them were professional. The process was very slow, despite the previous booking. After finishing the paperwork, we had to wait for another 15 minutes before the car arrived. The opposite was experienced during the drop-off. The guy was quick and efficient.

Europcar is amazing. We needed to change the drop off location from Balmaceda to Coyhaique and they were totally fine with it and added no extra charge for the site change. Also, this is completely an aside, but my friend lost her passport when she arrived in Chile and didn't have an address to have her new one sent to. Europcar allowed her to use their address to have her passport sent to and held it for her until she could come back and pick it up. Amazing customer service, above and beyond!
