Great example of how easy it should be

This car rental company is quite good. On April 11th at 5:30 AM, we returned the car at Sydney Airport. We were supposed to return it at the international terminal, but we returned it at the domestic terminal instead. The staff were very considerate and drove us to the international terminal. 予約よりにいいクルマでした。 しかし、英語が聞き取れなかったのもありますが、追加の保険などで、1〜2割り増しの費用になりました。 英語がかなり聞き取りつらいスタッフでした。
