Later, we received a message saying the return location had changed. We specifically consulted the counter staff during pickup, and they marked an address in the service manual. We followed this navigation and searched for a long time, but when we found the store, it was already closed. The return location was more than 3 kilometers from the airport, causing our group of seven to miss the flight and resulting in a series of financial losses!

This time, budget was extremely poor. I was very careful and returned the car intact to the designated budget parking lot at Launceston airport, handed the keys to the staff, but three hours later, budget fraudulently charged my credit card $1962. When I called, they alternated between claiming I damaged the car and saying I returned it late (in reality, I returned it three hours early). I rented the smallest Suzuki Swift, which had 66,310 kilometers on it; $1962 is almost the price of this old car. budget did not notify me, nor did they provide a damage report or an appraisal, they just charged my credit card without authorization, which is theft! When I complained on their website, they gave me a standard reply, without addressing the $1962 and even hoping I would rent from them again. What a shameless company. I have to rely on my credit card bank and QEEQ to help me now. On the other hand, my experience renting from Hertz through QEEQ in Australia was relatively pleasant!
