Seamless

This seemed to be my first time using National Car Rental, and it felt great—much fewer people in line compared to Hertz and Avis. The staff were warm and friendly, and communication was smooth. I picked a package on QEEQ that included a tank of gas, which was quite a deal. The package, however, only covered basic insurance, so I proactively added supplemental insurance (which rental customers usually prefer) for a reasonable price of 8 CAD per day. They gave me a larger Ford Escape, which felt very typical of American cars but was easy to drive and came equipped with CarPlay. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

A very satisfying car rental experience

This satisfaction is for the car rental company, definitely not for QEEQ; a frustrating car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st, had pre-booked for a one-way rental, but was told at the counter that the one-way fee of nearly 3000 CAD wasn't included, even though we clearly paid QEEQ, which included the one-way fee. We called the clueless customer service in China and they confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was sure the one-way fee wasn't included and even showed us the order. QEEQ customer service said it might be an internal issue, which delayed our trip that day. QEEQ's mistake is extremely low-level for being in a foreign country! Please share widely for resolution!

Very satisfied with the rental this time. Convenient and fast. I will rent again next time.

Like: Great price booked through EasyRentCars, very good car which was brand new, no hassles when returning, no hidden fees or charges, pleasant staff.
Dislike: Dodge Charger seats were uncomfortable on long drives.
