Excellent first time Tesla rental.

The car I booked was unavailable, so I was forced to upgrade, and it's been a week and I still haven't received the invoice.

Before picking up the car, I was worried they might push insurance sales, but they didn't at all. They just confirmed with me that I didn’t purchase their in-store insurance. I originally booked an MG, but they gave me a Mercedes-Benz minivan instead. It was too big, and I was scared to drive it. They charged a 500 Euro deposit, which was refunded the next day after returning the car.

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! Do not fall for it!!! Do not fall for it!!!

Why is an extra hour charged as a full day???!!! Why was this not mentioned before renting??? Very dissatisfied!! Charging half a day for an extra hour is understandable, but a full day is ridiculous!
