I had a good experience with great rentals after reading bad reviews. Staff had good English and picked me up promptly despite lots of bad feedback. The deposit went into my account quite soon after drop off also. I would really recommend this company!

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times
