Very deceptive, didn't explain key payment terms. They talk about all the no-cost items, and when you sign, the printout is very faint. It looks like you're just signing for the car, but it hides $845 insurance fees. Lesson learned!

The pickup store is in midtown, the store is small, and the staff have an arrogant attitude.
