Great experience with the mystery car booking

But it was great and I was totally happy with the mystery car. The desk told me the mystery carton end up being whatever they have but it save me 30% so it was definitely worth it. I was going to be renting it for a long period of time I made a bit more picky, but this is just for one day work trip.

Much smaller car than booked and office insisted this was the correct size. We were in a rush so couldn’t waste time arguing. No way is a Nissan Micra a COMPACT car! Basically tried to upsell a bigger car. I think tried it on because we were 2 females. Very disappointing!

Staff were good but needed more information on where to drop off car as hard to find and had to ask directions twice from staff at airport. The sat nav wasn't satisfactory and couldn't find my final location despite having full address including post code, additionally it needed up dating. In the end we ended up using google maps to get us there and back. The staff at budget however had no issues giving me a refund so good staff.

I booked a standard car and get a YUKON XL- because they did not have anything smaller and consequently spent about $75 extra on gas! Very disappointed and hope that I will be refunded for the extra gas
