Great experience

The service was very efficient. Since the rental fee was prepaid, the car pick-up process at the store was super quick. I paid a 100 AUD deposit, which was reasonable. When returning the car, I parked and saw an elderly gentleman inspecting the vehicle. After a quick two-minute check, everything was good, and I was able to leave immediately.

Pick up took quite a while as there were some international guests before us which did take some additional time. Pricing was quite expensive, approximately 3x what we paid in July, however I am assuming that this is due to the time of the year.

The person on the desk tried to tell us next time we should solely book through their company and that it wouldn’t have been much dearer. I had checked though and it was quite a lot more expensive .

Great booking platform. No issues whatsoever. Would book through again definitely.
