When we arrived there, were no cars available similar to what we had reserved. We were thinking we´d need to upgrade and pay the difference. This was frustrating. Somehow at the end, a customer who had come ahead of us was unable to rent their car and we were able to take that one. Staff was kind and professional the whole way.

I liked the model of the car, comfortable and easy to drive. The people at the Avis counter in the Asheville Airport lack professionalism. I never received a receipt when I turned the car in. I would like to have one.

Booking platform is easy to use. Price drop worked for me. I have not received a receipt from Avis or Qeeq upon the return of the vehicle. I was told that I would receive one via email.

I had already bought insurance when I placed the order, but the store tricked me by saying the order didn’t include insurance. I ended up paying an extra $70 per day. Total rip-off!

We visited a branch in Manhattan's west side. The store and its sign were very small. AVIS is a large car rental company in the US. Actually, there's an AVIS near our hotel in midtown Manhattan. Due to our unfamiliarity, we spent 40 minutes and 20 dollars on a taxi to get to the west side. The rental website should provide more detailed map guides for customers. In Los Angeles, we saw AVIS's large store and sign.
