Excellent service and a great car!

It might be because I arrived early, there was only one staff member, and the wait was a bit long.

Picked up two brand new Benz Vito cars from the airport with friends, no issues at all. The paperwork and car pickup process were quick, and there's a shuttle from the counter to the parking lot every 10 minutes. The pickup and return procedures were explained in detail, and no language issues as everything was communicated in English. Upon returning the car, there were some scratches on the rims and we were informed there would be compensation. They said the damage department would assess and deduct the cost from the credit card used for the reservation, and send the detailed bill to the provided email. It took about 7 business days to receive the charge information, which was split into two transactions. However, even after returning to my home country, I hadn't received the detailed email from the rental company and had to request it myself. This was a bit unsatisfactory.

The queue at arrival/pick-up was almost an hour because the Alamo desk only had one member of staff on it. We agreed to an upgrade but were only told about the net cost. We were not advised of the taxes and additional charges.
