Pickup and drop-off were very fast. The staff was very friendly and took good protective measures during the pandemic. They even helped call an Uber when returning the car.

Good attitude, but the car maintenance is quite poor.

The lady at the front desk gave me a parking card after completing the paperwork, but the card didn't work to exit the parking lot. I tried multiple times, but it was useless. When I went back to find her, she was gone, the door was locked, and her phone was unreachable. There were no staff in the parking lot, which was underground. I was trapped for an hour and a half and couldn't get out. Finally, I found a machine, but it was broken too. After pressing a button, someone spoke, and two ladies also needed to pay. Eventually, I followed them to pay the fee, which was £43.5. Customers should not be charged for parking fees before picking up the car. It’s not just about the money, it was a nightmarish experience and very frustrating.

It was a smooth no hassle service. The car ,the service, the price all excellent.

they changed the car. I ordered a hybrid car instead they gave me a diesel car.
