Waited a while for the rental car shuttle so took over an hour from my flight landing to getting a car.. the deposit was extremely high too but they were not pushy on upselling anything and was friendly

I should have checked the reviews first, there is a reason they only have one star. We tried to call from the airport 4 times and it kept saying no one is able to answer your cal. Finally an airport employee told us where to go and said they would be around in about 15 minutes, it was more like 30. The car had electrical problems that didn’t affect us too much but scared us the car may not make it back.

They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy. I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me. There is no signage, it is so hard to find. The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

Terrible service, very disrespectful. not pleasant one bit, customer walked out and cancelled booking because of bad reviews on Right Cars. I agree, will not rent there anymore, rather pay higher price, with people who are respectful.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
