Overall, I am quite satisfied with the rental company. Although it is a bit far from the airport, when you reach the P2 parking lot, you'll find a small yellow shuttle with the rental company's logo to pick up customers. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the rental office, where the process is efficient. The cars are relatively new, very comfortable to drive, and it's convenient to refuel, as there are clear instructions on the fuel cap about which type of fuel to use. However, the only downside is the mandatory insurance purchase. Even though I already bought insurance through QEEQ when booking, I still had to buy it again. In the future, I will only purchase basic insurance on QEEQ.

Communication in English is quite smooth, and the staff are patient. Not many people, the environment is good.

Collected the car from Centauro. I booked a Focus or similar, I was upgraded to a Golf which was almost brand new and far superior in my opinion to the Focus, the Golf is very economical and I did not use as much fuel as I normally would have.

Easy booking process, best around in my opinion.

Worst customer service ever, stood in que for 3 hours to pick up car. Un helpful staff, car was disgustingly dirty with tire pressure light on. couldn’t complain as I would have been waiting another 3 hours to get another one.
