It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color. She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.

Wide selection of vehicles and excellent service

The attitude during pick-up was excellent, the procedures were simple, and there were no so-called upselling services.

The rental office is located on the first floor of a building, which makes it a bit hard to find.

Car had a dent in the back, plus no navigation and the Sirius XM stopped working after a couple of days.

Really easy to deal with, fantastic customer service.
