Great value but not the vehicle I had reserved.

The mileage and gas usage of the car was awesome. It was not what I expected but definitely a perk. The person who originally helped me did a good job. The person who helped me upon return was unprofessional and sort of rude.

I didn't have a price drop but this was the most affordable car that I could have found. The location of the lot was easy to find and easy to get to. I appreciate the relationship between Routes and easyrentcars.com. I've already referred two people who have used the site.

Car was great

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.

Like: clean fast, car was ready when i pulled in, my check out was fast and nice thx
Dislike: nothing they where great

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
