Good value, trouble finding drop off location

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

“Price, car condition, counter/receiving agents are all very good.”

“Excellent price but service at the counter was very poor in checking out and in returning the vehic”

Routes did not have the vehicle I ordered. I was forced to take a smaller vehicle than my needs required. I got a very inexperienced counter person who was receiving no help from the other staff. It took a lot longer than It should have. Parking lot was very packed with cars. No room in the lot.
