Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors. Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.

Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

“Could have been better....”

I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals. When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.
